Design Process
The design thinking framework was helped me in identifying user pain points and gaining a deeper understanding of human behavior for the project. Its non-linear, iterative process allowed me to explore and refine solutions, ensuring that I could continually improve and adapt the design. This approach enabled me to empathize with users, ideate creative solutions, and prototype effectively, ultimately leading to a more user-centered and successful outcome for the project.
